  • Receive, verify, record and issue property under established documentation.
  • Monitor stock levels, dates and storage conditions.
  • Prepare requests, needs lists and movement reports.
  • Coordinate with drivers, stores and unit representatives.

  • Organisation and strong attention to quantities, names and documents.
  • Confidence with spreadsheets or inventory systems.
  • Integrity, responsibility and readiness for checks.
  • Ability to prioritise and report shortages early.
  • Consistency in repetitive processes.

AN ADVANTAGE

USEFUL EXPERIENCE

  • Warehouse, procurement, supply, transport or production-logistics experience.
  • Excel, Google Sheets, ERP or warehouse-software skills.
  • Inventory and material-responsibility experience.
  • Driving licence or material-handling equipment skills.
