RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare, configure and check communications equipment under approved rules.
  • Monitor equipment, cabling, power and kit completeness.
  • Perform initial fault diagnosis and escalate complex cases to technical specialists.
  • Maintain inventories, concise instructions and work logs.

  • Basic understanding of power, cabling or networks.
  • Ability to explain procedures calmly and clearly.
  • Readiness to follow information-security rules.
  • Ability to keep the workplace and equipment records organised.

USEFUL EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in radio communications, network administration, electronics or technical support.
  • Confidence with measuring tools and hand tools.
  • Experience maintaining technical documentation.
  • Relevant education or IT and telecommunications certifications.
